Easy DIY Magnesium Lotion

Fancy making your own Magnesium Lotion, at a fraction of the price of buying it pre-made?

This magnesium lotion is soft on your skin and helps to regain lost skin moisture

  1. To prepare the lotion, take a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup magnesium flakes and ½ cup hot filtered water.
  2. Combine well until dissolves and set aside to completely cool down.
  3. Take another mixing bowl, add 1 cup (8 ounces) of your favorite body lotion and 4 tablespoons of magnesium mixture.
  4. Combine well using a hand-mixer or whisker. Optionally, you can add a few drops of your choice of essential oils.
  5. Store in a container or bottle; shake well and apply when required

Note: This magnesium lotion has shelf life of around 6-12 months; store in a dry place at room temperature. How to Use: Apply magnesium butter or lotion over desired skin region and gently rub. It is best to apply it before bed time to promote relaxing sleep.
