This is my journey with Essential Oils and I have done my own research on the purity of oils. I am confident in using oils in our recipes because we only use Young Living. They are beyond organic and never use pesticides, herbicides or any harmful chemicals. Their soil has never been exposed to them as well. I don’t suggest ever using any other oil for ingestion because I don’t know of their purity.
If you feel you may have a medical condition or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health professional prior to making any lifestyle changes.
Always test products in small, hidden areas before applying to any household items.
Always use caution and keep products and home‑made solutions well labelled and out of reach of children.
The essential oils referred to in this website and blog are Young Living essential oils. Different essential oils may have different concentrations or ingredients, may not achieve the same results and may have unintended and even dangerous consequences, particularly if you use products with a different concentration (molarity).
Proceed with caution when using any products on your pets or animals and seek veterinary advice if your animal is unwell.
